I can not wait for this movie to come out:
Where The Wild Things Are, by Maurice Sendak was my FAVORITE book as a kid. I even bought a pink shirt with the book cover design on it just a few years ago. I loved it, maybe because I have always been a dreamer (in the literal sense, and in the figurative sense too, but right now I am talking about literally...I have always had very vivid dreams).
Who wants to go with me to see it?

Im so excited! I didn't know they were coming out with a movie! I love that book.
I agree with Amy, I think this looks really great. It makes me wish I had a little 5 year old matthew jr. to take it too.
I'll probably forget to see it and then regretfully choose some dumb action movie to watch instead of it when they start playing it on airplanes.
I remember you liking this book and I remember I thought it was really scary, but I never wanted to say anything since I was the big sister.
I'm in! Did you know Maurice had one of his books banned? It's called "In the Night Kitchen" and it has a pic of some male genitals since the little boy is naked. Ah, things to learn in children's lit class. KC
